The Show
Selene and Zanity are two hosts from different countries connected by their mental health. They both have a dissociative disorder.
Selene is based in the UK and has depersonalisation-derealisation (DPDR) which makes focus a daily struggle as well as feeling generally detached from a sense of self. Early in her journey to discover herself and heal emotional wounds, she brings with her a willingness to both learn and play the devil's advocate.
Zanity hails from the USA and has dissociative identity disorder (DID) which means that a different identity, also known as an alter, may come forward come recording day. Collectively, Zanity brings forth years of research into psychology and a voice of experience.
Together, they pursue two goals, to provide a friendly community for dissociative disorder patients, and to provide insight into patient minds for those who do not have them.
